What we collect, and why
This site has no accounts and no advertising. Almost everything below is about one thing: the enquiry form, and what happens to what you type into it.
What you send us
The enquiry form asks for your name, a phone number, an optional email address, your message and how you would prefer to be contacted. If you used the search on the home page, the departure date and number of travellers you entered travel with the enquiry.
The newsletter box asks for an email address and nothing else.
What we do with it
We send it to our own inbox and answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you made an enquiry — the newsletter is a separate box you have to fill in yourself.
Who else handles it
Resend delivers the email that carries your enquiry to us. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was submitted by a person rather than a bot, which means it sees your IP address. Vercel hosts the site and keeps ordinary server logs. Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited and how people arrived.
Nobody else receives your details unless you ask us to arrange something that requires it, such as a visa application.
Cookies and what stays in your browser
Your theme choice and your language are remembered in your own browser, and Turnstile sets what it needs to run its check.
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to count visits and see which pages are read and how people reached them. It is never used for advertising. Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights measure the same traffic without cookies and without identifying you.
Keeping and deleting it
Enquiries stay in our inbox for as long as we may need them to serve you, and correspondence about a completed journey is kept where the law requires it. Ask us to delete an enquiry and we will.
Asking us about your data
Write or call using the details on the contact page and tell us what you would like to see, correct or delete.
